Homemade Salsa
This salsa recipe is easy and quick but fresh and delicious!

or blender
1 large bowl
1 large spoon
1 set of measuring spoons
1 cutting board
1 knife
1 measuring cup
Ingredients

28 oz cans petite diced tomatoes
my mom uses Hunt's

salt
1
tsp
pepper
2-3
jalapenos, chopped
3
green onions, chopped
1
cup
cilantro
Instructions
De-seed 2-3 jalapenos (depending on how spicy you want your salsa).
Unless you have a very large food processor, you'll want to make your salsa in batches.
Add the juice of 1 can of tomatoes to food processor.
Add salt, pepper, and jalapenos to juice in food processor.
Chop jalapenos to desired size.
Add back tomatoes to food processor and chop to desired size.
Pour contents of food processor in large bowl.
Add juice from second jar of tomatoes to food processor.
Add green onions and cilantro to juice and chop to desired size.
Add tomatoes from second jar to food processor and chop to desired size.
Add contents of food processor to bowl and mix with previous batch.
Store in refrigerator.
